Volunteer

Volunteers are the heartbeat of our organization.

Whether you are looking to develop new skills, share your expertise, or meet new people, we invite you to volunteer with us at our Habitat ReStores or other special projects!

There are volunteer opportunities 6-days a week, and we offer a wide range of ways to get involved with flexible hours. We welcome everyone 16 years of age and up to join us in helping families in need of a safe and quality place to live.

Be part of a team of volunteers that strengthen our communities, change lives, and make PEI a more inclusive and sustainable place to live.

Volunteering for the Habitat for Humanity PEI ReStore is both enjoyable and impactful. It's a chance to connect with others and contribute directly to the local community.

ReStore volunteers engage in tasks like preparing merchandise, receiving donations, assisting customers, warehouse support, product testing, and inventory management.

To join the ReStore team, a criminal reference check is required (we'll assist you with the process via a provided letter). After your check is cleared, you'll schedule an orientation before your first shift.
