On June 19th, 2024, Habitat for Humanity PEI hosted its Annual General Meeting. Members of the Board of Directors, senior staff, volunteers, and members of the community gathered while our Chief Executive Officer, President of the Board, and Karen Coviello, VP of Affiliate Success at Habitat Canada, shared highlights from the organization in 2023.

Habitat for Humanity PEI wanted the AGM this year to highlight all of our accomplishments in 2023 – which we are calling a year of firsts. 2023 was the first year that our current team successfully onboarded new Habitat Homeowners, and completed six new home builds. Our ReStore has grown more than ever, and we’ve partnered with many local communities with big plans to develop over the next few years.
